James Luisi is an insider to the high-tech world of military applications with 20 years of experience involving some of the largest commercial and defense industry computer systems and databases.

Specializing in artificial intelligence, Jim has managed an artificial intelligence research effort for General Dynamics, one of the nation's largest suppliers of military software, and has recently been affiliated with one of the government's top research facilities, the Fort Monmouth Research Center within the US Army.

Jim's life long avocation has been artificial intelligence and the development of mechanical intelligence for general use and military strategy and personnel consolidation.

As part of his research, Jim developed DataPulse technology, a powerful cognitive database system to house large amounts of knowledge to power a brain, along with the Business Intelligence applications that have been developed using it. This system was demonstrated live at the May 12, 2000 DAMA (Data Management Association) conference in New York City. DAMA is an international organization of database experts.
